Capturing light and opening up living space on a tight site always provides creative challenges. This client brief was happily fulfilled by a new lst floor with 2 bedrooms, bathroom and a private roof terrace.
The ground floor includes a small artists studio overlooking the rear garden, central courtyard and a lightwell for the Library and Dining, Kitchen, Bathroom, Laundry and Study. Polished concrete and timber create an interesting floor.
